Mission, Objectives
The mission of the National Council shall be a systemic implementation of human rights of disabled people and their legal representatives as well as full inclusion and equality of disabled people in all social areas.
The objectives of the National Council are:
- to encourage the provision of equal opportunities for disabled persons in the society;
- to assert the principle "nothing about disability without the disabled";
- to work towards a sustainable, stable and autonomous financing of disabled people's organisations from the appropriated public and other funds;
- to strive for a universal social inclusion of disabled people, for their social security and preservation of health;
- to achieve a positive image of disabled people and their organisations in public and in the media;
- to raise public awareness of disabled people and their organisations
