The National Council shall be composed of all the representative and other disabled people's organisations which are the signatories to Memorandum of Association and Activities of the National Council of Disabled People's Organisations of Slovenia. The membership in the National Council may be granted to any disabled people's organisation wishing such membership which operates at the national level and submits a written application in which it expresses its consent with the mission, purposes, goals and tasks of the National Council laid down in Memorandum.
